Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder

How to make

  • Mix both ingredients in equal quantity and make a thick paste.
  • Apply it all over your face and then let the mask stay for the next 20 minutes.
  • Remove it by rubbing in circular motion and rinse with tepid water, pat dry.

Apple cider vinegar face pack

  • 1 tbsp water

How to make

  • 1-2 tea green tea bags

How to make

  • Remove green tea from 1-2 tea bags and put it in a bowl.

  • 1/2 cup Masoor Dal (Red Lentils)
  • Milk cream/Milk

How to make

  • Wash the red lentils in freshwater and then strain the extra water.
  • Now grind them lightly in a grinder.
  • Ensure that the lentils do not turn to a very smooth paste, rather let the paste be coarse with medium sized lentil pieces.
  • Now add fresh milk cream to the paste if you have dry skin.
  • In case you have oily skin, opting for double toned milk instead of milk cream is suggested.
  • After you mix the two ingredients properly apply the thick paste evenly on your face and neck in an upward direction.
  • Leave it there for 20-30 minutes and then wash with fresh cold water rubbing lightly with both the hands.
  • After you have washed off the pack completely, pat dry.

Coffee and honey face pack

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coffee
  • 1-2 teaspoon of honey

How to make

  • Mix the coffee with adequate quantity of honey to make a paste.
  • It is best to use coarsely grounded coffee beans rather than the powdered ones for this pack.
  • After you have mixed the two ingredients well and you have a homogeneous paste, apply it in an upward direction with the help of a brush.
  • Leave it on for at least 30 minutes.
  • Then add some water and rub lightly with both your hands.

  • Prepare it fresh and apply immediately.
  • Keep the pack on for 20-30 minutes and then wash with normal water while rubbing the skin with both the hands.

Fuller’s earth and glycerin face pack

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of fuller’s earth
  • 2 – 15 drops of Glycerin
  • clean water

How to make

  • Take the fuller’s earth in a small bowl and add Glycerin to it.
  • If you have a dry skin, you can add as much as 10 drops of glycerin to the face pack, but if you have oily skin it is better to stick to 1-3 drops of glycerin for this pack.
  • However, the amount of glycerin used can be more in dry winters.
  • Now add clean water to the mixture and make a smooth paste.

  • Dry some orange peel under the sun and grind them to powder.
  • Also grind some dried fenugreek seeds to make a coarse powder.
  • Now mix 1/2 spoon of the fenugreek seed powder and 1 spoon of the orange peel powder with 3 spoons of milk and let it soak for 5 minutes.
  • Use this pack on your face, leave on for 15 minutes and then wash off with water, rubbing your face with your hands.

You can easily prepare a face pack at home by mixing grounded rice powder with besan.

  • 2 tablespoons rice powder
  • 2 tablespoons besan

How to make

  • While grinding the rice, ensure that the powder formed is not too smooth.
  • Take 2 spoons of rice in a grinder and grind it to a coarse powder.
  • Now mix this rice powder with 2 spoons of besan and add sufficient water.
  • Massage this pack lightly on your skin and let it set for 15 minutes before removing with water.
