  • Broth ( any type- 4 cups)
  • Garlic clove – 1
  • Egg yolks- 3
  • Pepper- 1 stake

First of all take 4 cups of broth and bring it to boil. Now break the egg in small container and separate the egg yolk from egg white. Place all the egg yolk in a container and beat them. Now add them in the broth put on flame. Keep for sometime in simmer and serve your baby.

Quick pumpkin baby soup

To prepare this soup, the ingredients you require are:

  • Pumpkin puree
  • Chicken broth – 2 cups
  • Cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg

Put all the above mentioned ingredients in a saucepan and mix it really well with a spoon or a fork. Now, bring them to boil. Simmer and serve your baby once it is lukewarm.

Lentil soup

  • Moong dal / mansoor dal – 2 teaspoon
  • Filtered water 1 cup
  • Turmeric – 1 pinch

You can pressure cook lentil with half cup of water and a pinch of haldi. Once 4- 5 pressures is obtained, pour it in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. It becomes too much thick you can add little warm water and boil. You can also keep thicker soup to get his stomach filled adequately.

Carrot and beetroot soup

Ingredients needed

  • 1 total carrot chopped
  • Half beetroot peeled and chopped
  • Filtered water – 2 cups
  • Lemon – a slice

To make this easy soup, all you have to do is combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, whisk it and keep it under the flame. Now allow it to boil for 20 minutes in simmer. Once it is boiled you can serve it to your baby.

Mixed vegetable soup

For this you need all types of vegetables you have in your freezer. You can give everything and anything among the vegetables and make this wonderful nutritional soup. The ingredients required are:

  • Carrot- 1/4th – peeled and chopped
  • Bottle gourd- 1/4th – peeled and chopped
  • Potato- 1/4th – peeled and chopped
  • Small cabbage- 1/4th – peeled and chopped
  • Tomato- 1/4th – peeled and chopped
  • Filtered water- 3 cups

Direction

Take a small 1 liter pressure cooker and add all the vegetables in it along with a cup of water. Give two pressures and take it out. Now pour the vegetables from pressure cooker in a container and mash them. Now add water and bring it to boil. Boil it adequately and feed your baby.
