Follow these simple exercises to tighten your face and make yourself look lovelier than before. They are easy to follow and are less time consuming.
Raise your eyebrows to firm Forehead
We all want our forehead to look younger. With aging and with the creases of tension, they seem to sag down. It is easy to workout the forehead muscles to keep them fresh and firm.
Simple press down the portion, above your eyes and try to lift your forehead. This stresses the forehead and helps you strengthen it. Repeat it 10 times and follow it for a couple of weeks. You will start noticing the results after that.
Raise cheek for Toning
This is a quite similar to the above exercise, but it makes the muscles of your cheeks work. Firm and high cheeks are associated with younger people, so you feel youthful in no time!
Press down two fingers, with both hands and on both the sides of your cheek. Raise them up after that and count to 30. Repeat the exercise for 10 times.
Lip Move benefitting the Neck
Your neck is one of the places which portrays your age. You do not want people to see a saggy and old neck! For this, you have to make sure that you spare some time and follow this exercise.
Sit down, rest your head back and close the eyes. Pull the lower lip over the upper one and then hold it. Relax the lips and then repeat 10 times in each set.
Get rid of Double Chin
Double chins are one of the most irrigating aspects which spoil our facial look. This exercise is quite easy, and you’re just going to love it! Sit with your head stressed back and relax your lips. Round the lips and then hold it for around 20 seconds. Repeat it many times a day and that’ll tone your chins down.
For having Younger Lips
You might not have known about working out of lip muscles before you read this! This exercise will help you prevent wrinkly and saggy lips.
Purse the lips like you are trying to kiss someone. Now lift the puckered position closer to your nose. Hold it for 10 seconds and then repeat it 5 times. Repeat several times a day.
Cheek Exercise
This step is quite easy and helps you have proper cheeks within few minutes of exercising. Smile while your mouth is closed. Suck your cheeks while you hold the smile.
Though this is not one of easiest, but you will feel it work. With better practice, you will soon have visible results.
Eye Exercise
You can keep your eyes firm and toned, simply by blinking! Press gently on your temples with two fingers. Open and close your eyes rapidly for 5 times.
