home remedy to boost immunity
This is one of the home remedy to boost the immune system. You can prepare this at home with simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
1.Turmeric powder
2.Water
3.Honey
4.Mint Leaves
Preparation: Take the 500 ml of water in bowl and boil the water for 3 minutes. Now add the pinch of turmeric powder, tbsp of honey and 5 mint leaves to the boiled water. Boil it up to 5 minutes. Then strain the boiled water and keep in cool place.
Drink this water daily to boost the immune system.
