Heavy fat and cholesterol are found in fast foods which play an important role in blockage of arteries, build up of fatty plaque in artery walls, acidity and indigestion.

Start working on yourself by avoiding fast foods. Not all at the same time but by cutting out a little everyday. Take on healthy food diet as your daily diet. Try making healthy foods at home. Avoid hanging around your favorite fast food joint. Go for coffee or juices in place of soda and milkshakes. Try eating veggies and salad with grilled chicken or tofu. Increase the intake of fibre compared to the consumption of calories. Choose fruits and fresh veggies over fatty fast foods. With the reduction of consumption of fast foods, the waistline will also come down into shape, you will find a healthier once you quit this bad habit.
Skipping breakfast

Skipping breakfast or the first meal of the day may result in low energy level, low metabolism rate, a drowsy start to your day. It does not only put you down but also slows down your system from giving its best performance. Skipping the first meal leads to increase in blood sugar as required energy, protein, calcium and other minerals are not delivered into your body.
How to quit
Prepare a light breakfast everyday before you leave for work. A bowl of corn flakes, a glass of juice and toast would be a great choice. You can try fruits as an alternative. Not skipping the first meal of the day may actually boost you up for the day. It increases the metabolism rate and provides adequate energy to start the day with a bang.
Too much intake of alcohol

Excessive consumption of alcohol may actually harm you in the most deadly way. Too much intake of alcohol causes cancer. Consuming 4-5 pegs a day for men and 3-4 pegs for women on a daily basis may cause severe damage to the liver, cardiac issues, addiction, etc. It is also notifies through hair loss, depression and various other issues are caused by excess consumption of alcohol.

Shorten the limit of consumption of alcohol. From 4 to 5 pegs a day, bring it down to 1 to 2 pegs a day and it would be very much helpful for your health if you can quit consuming alcohol.

As you get rid of the pain for a day or two, you actually feel good and keep on consuming them. It turns into an addiction with the passage of time.

Choose acetaminophen for unceasing pain. Like aspirin and ibuprofen it doesn’t cause any stomach ache or indigestion problem. Ibuprofen is a med prescribed for severe pain and is only a 10 day course. Further consumption may act as a drug addiction because it slows down the system and relaxes all the muscles to get rid of severe pain. For severe and excessive headache consult a doctor. Stop consumption of medications for weight loss or depression or anxiety and try other alternatives like exercise, change your late sleeping habit and discuss all the issues with your family members, friends and your doctor.
