How to make juices and liquid foods for your baby

Parents are always cautious about the healthy consideration of their food habit. Since till six months, it is hard for babies to consume solid food, it is better to go for liquid items. Juices and liquids would be a wonderful consideration. Not one or two variety will be sufficient for getting baby adequate with taste and nutrition. You must go ahead with variety of juice combination and liquids that will be absolutely ideal for your baby.

You can now get variety of fluids and juice items that are really healthy for your baby. The fruit juices are really effective in inducing vitamins into the body of your baby. Till six months, you can make your baby take juices made up of vegetable and fruits. You can also induce such juices in baby milk bottle and let her have it by herself. This will develop a good habit in your baby.  But, it is very important to make the food materials diluted in water so that no solid object remains. Carrot juice

Carrot is one of the healthy vegetables that has good source of all nutrients which your baby would need. For example, it contains calcium, phosphorous, iron, sodium, vitamin A and magnesium.

In order to make this recipe, you need to have a carrot. It should be peeled and chopped. Then you should take it in a juicer. You must add water with the pulped carrot. Once it is done, you can pour it in a glass and serve your baby. You can also make punch by adding half an apple to the carrot while making it pulp in juice.

Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate is one of the tasty and sweetest varieties of fruit which your baby will love. All you have to do is peel a pomegranate and get out the red seeds with juicy cover. Now you can use your hand and press the seeds to take out juices from it after removing seeds from it. You can also use a juicer to get the juices from the pomegranate. You have to separate the remains of pomegranate from the juice. Now the pomegranate juice is ready which you can easily feed your baby. It has variety of benefits to your baby. It will remove intestinal worm of your baby and sort out the digestive problems. It will also protect liver.

Muskmelon juice

Muskmelon is popularly known as kharbuja /kharbooja in Indian term. Since it is rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A as well as calcium, your baby must be served with its juice. All you have to do is slice the Muskmelon and get make juice of half cup of it. Once it has become watery, you have to Steve the mass from the juice. You can now make your baby have that juice.

Almond milk

Almond is one of the nuts that have variety of health benefits. Though it is little expensive but you can make your baby have it once in a week. It contains folate, magnesium, calcium, zinc and iron.

First of all you have to soak 4 almonds soaked in milk overnight. Along with it, you would also require a cup of milk. Now put both the ingredients in a blender and get thick milk out of it. Then you can serve it to your baby. But remember there should not be any lump in the milk so formed.

Mango juice

Mango is a wonderful fruit that can bring healthy to your baby in a number of ways. It has good source of magnesium, vitamin A, folate and calcium.

You require ripe mango- chopped form and yogurt

You have to take half cup of mango and 1/4th cup of curd in a blender and carry on with the blending activity. Then you can gain a creamy consistency of the same. There after you can serve your child. You can make your child have it with a spoon or some way else. But, this is an effective remedy for all children.

Coconut water

There you don’t have to show your creativity to combine anything with other. Just you have to break a coconut and extract water from it. Make your baby consume that water effectively. It is better to have coconut water from the fruit which is very young. Those which are green in color with very little flesh inside are preferable.

This contains vitamin B complex, copper, iron, sodium, phosphorous and vitamin C. But do not allow your child to have more. Just start with 2-3 spoons in a day. More can create acidity to your child.

Banana fruit punch

Banana is one of such fruit which must be allowed to consume to your baby directly or indirectly. Since your baby cannot have sold banana alone, it is important to help him make it in an eatable form.

To make this smoothie recipe, you require

1 single banana

1/4th cup of curd

1/4th cup of orange juice

Now add all the above ingredients in a blender and start playing it. You will get a creamy consistency with the help of blender applied over the fruit punch. Once it is done, you must make your baby feed it. Start making your baby have it spoon after another. Do not overdose.

Grape juice

You can readily get grapes in a fruit market. This will help you get variety of vitamins and minerals. Thus, this will be really wonderful for your baby. The fruit is loaded with vitamins, flavonoids as well as antioxidants.

You need:

Grapes – handful

Filtered water

You have to take handful of grapes in a juicer and extract its juice after separating its peel. Once it is done, you have to pour it in a glass and add two parts of water in it. Make it a diluted one and make your baby have this juice. You can make it consume during the afternoon.
