This condition is caused due to flaking of dead cells from the scalp and can be easily treated with aloe Vera and its gel. It is more like dry skin problem which arises when the scalps epidermal layer gets replaced frequently.
The frequent replacement of the scalps epidermal layer results in too much of dead skin cells mixing with the oil on scalp. Later these cells develop into flakes when dried completely.
This whole situation further leads to some other skin conditions like acne, phantom itch on neck, redness of eyes, etc.
Fresh aloe Vera gel
Fresh Aloe Vera is enough to deal with dandruff. Cut around 3 inches from an Aloe Vera leaf. You will find a gel like thing inside the leaf.
Extract that gel from the leaf and apply it on your scalp with the help of your fingers. Massage it gently so that it spreads deep inside the skin pores and moisturizes the scalp.
Aloe Vera gel and tea tree oil
When Aloe Vera teams up with Tea tree oil, it forms an effective remedy for dandruff. It cures scalp infection and keeps it moisturized.
While aloe Vera reduces dryness of the scalp, tea tree oil kills germs and reduces infections effectively.
Take some aloe Vera gel and tea tree oil in a small bowl. Mix both the ingredients properly and massage it on the scalp. Let it get absorbed by the skin overnight. Rinse it off the next morning with water.
Aloe Vera gel with neem oil
Neem oil is one of the best anti fungal and antibacterial element. It is an effective component to be blended with aloe Vera for curing scalp infections and dandruff specifically.
Extract 2 to 3 spoon full of aloe Vera gel and add 10 to 15 drops of neem oil to it. Apply the mixture on the scalp and let it soak overnight. Wash it off with water then next morning.
Aloe Vera gel and camphor
Camphor is that one element which is very much ignored but it has some great benefits for curing scalp infections.
It is widely available in the market as camphor cubes.
Transform such camphor cubes into powder by grinding them. Take ½ teaspoon of the camphor powder and mix it with 3 to 4 teaspoon of aloe era gel.
Apply the mixture on the scalp and gently massage it for few minutes. Wash it off with water after an hour or two.
