Curry leaves

In a saucepan boil a cup of water and add a handful of Curry leaves in it. Wait for the water to simmer down to half and allow it to cool. In a cup of water boil a handful of Curry leaves. When the water simmers down and becomes half add Amla powder (one teaspoon) to it. Let it boil for a minute and then set it aside to cool. Strain this liquid and drink it on a regular basis.
