Regularity in hand wash

You should let her play outside during winter but make sure that she gets back before the sun goes off and it becomes too cold outside.

While taking a note of how much water she is actually drinking during the day, also give her treats of hot beverages that she will love. Warm chocolate milk shakes can be great for her during winter.
