Exercises #1
Place your foot on a tennis or golf ball while sitting on a chair. Under the mounds of your toe roll the ball, and then everywhere else where you think the sole feels tight. Do it everyday for 5 to 10 minutes.
Exercises #2
Using your palm cup the sole of the foot which is affected while sitting on a chair, then between the toes of your foot interlace your free hand fingers. For 10 minutes, bend your toes back and forth and then up and down.
