You can use a variety of vegetable oils to treat dry, cracked feet. Sesame oil, olive oil, coconut oil, or any other vegetable oil that has been hydrogenated will work. If you want to see the desired results, you should follow this remedy before you can go to sleep in order to allow ample time for the oil to have an effect on the dry and cracked feet. Cover your feet with a layer of plastic and then, wait for half an hour before you can remove the plastic and peel the layers of wax off your skin. Follow this treatment once or twice a week. However, if you are a diabetic or have poor blood circulation in the body, then do not follow this treatment. Also, make sure that you do not dip your feet in the wax while it is scalding hot.
